The Code

Which story are you running?

Framework 1 of 14 from Fix Your Thinking, Fix Your Life.

Why this one

Your answers kept landing on the same kind of sentence. Of course. Always. I'm just not the kind of person who. That's a voice, and it's a lot older than you are now.

It got written when you were a kid, trying to make sense of things no kid should have to. It's still running. You don't have to win an argument with it yet. Start by hearing it.

The voice in your head isn't truth. It's programming... written by a kid, still running on the adult. You can't rewrite code you've never read.
